SMTP SERVER

In the Server, I configure the smtp server, indicate the ip address and the mail sender, after Apply and closing the window.

So, when I turn it to open this windows, the information does not appear, why?

And then, when I send a mail, this is the error:

1424 1972 RUN-050305 29/07/2009 10:18:44 Function <smtp_to> failed. SMTP Server is not defined. Please specify a valid SMTP server using the Server Manager application.

Anybody help me?? :shock:

Hmmm, that’s a new one.

Are you sure you (when logging onto the Job Server) have local adminstrative rights?

Just to see if I can help:

What are the regional settings of your profile when you configure the smtp?

(I’m not crazy, we faced Regional Settings issues with Job Server Manager in 11.5 and 11.7)
