SMTP error: insufficient system storage

I am experiencing sporadic errors with scheduled reports with the following error:
address error. [Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 452 - Requested action not taken: insufficient system storage.]. Reason: [fromaddress@companyname].]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]
Some of these reports are small
When I see the errrors in the CMS I rerun the reports and they complete sucessfully.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Seems to be problem with your SMTP server outside your BOE environment.

The person responsible for the exchange server has ackowledged a problem and will be fixing it.
