We are using crystal reports 2008 v 12.1.0.892
is there no way to achieve the small caps effect on any fond similary to microsoft office?
this is a very critical issue for us.

I’m not a Crystal guy as such, but can you not just reduce the font size slightly and apply something similar to the upper function in excel?
