We’re looking to develop a Service Level Agreement between the IS department (the administrators of Business Objects) and the business users.
We have a corporate template for the SLA but need to make it specific to Business Objects. If anyone has any pointers, samples or advice, it would be appreciated.
Depends on your installation - do you have failsafe/redundancy options, shared storage (NAS etc), 24/7 commitments, broadcast agent scheduling ??? Does your hardware shop use tng etc across all other servers & just include the service for BO etc Does your admin guys have full rights on the servers & access to the RDBMS for the Repository. All of these will influence your SLA ,
