Hi All,

The question is, is it possible to skip the Welcome page when a user login to WebI?
The requirements are,

  1. when the user login to WebI by entering userid and password, it should directly go to Corporate documents page. 2. And the users don’t want to see ‘InBox Documents, Search, Options, Personal Documents’ menus. Is that possible to hide all the menus?

Please folks help me out by providing best solutions. I will appreciate from my heart.

Yes you can set all this restriction within supervisor: - Click on the user or the group on the left panel. - Select Configuration tab

  • Double click on WebIntelligence.
  • Select item by item and change the status to Hidden

If your users go to their options screen they can set what page it will automatically start at. When I create new users I log in as them and change thier options to the way we want them to be and then set their pw’s. You could accomplish the same thing by modifying their user file on the server but its harder to navigate.

You can change the default start page within WebI by clicking on Options.

I have not found a way within Supervisor to eliminate Search, Options, and Help from the toolbar. All the others can be disabled.
