Single Value and Average - Suggestions on Component Type?

Hello:

I am very new to Xcelsius. I have a requirement to show a single value for a sales person: “Revenue”. The other value that needs to be shown is the Average for all sales people so the client can see the comparison.

Currently I have a single value box to show these both but this seems a bit amateur? Is there any suggestion as for component to use? How would a more experienced person handle it?

I thought of a bar chart but I have a few of those already, and the thing is, the average will remain the same regardless of which sales person is chosen.

If all you need is a single value, why complicate it?

Are you showing this for multiple sales people simultaneously?

You might want to look at alerters. That will enable you to color or otherwise flag the Revenue value based on whether it is above or below the average. This is nice for quickly calling out both high and low performers.
