Single Sign-On results in the Logon prompt

After configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) for BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 with Active dierctory, trying to connect to InfoView results in a logon prompt. If I enter the user and password it connect OK with Infoeview.I set all the steps defined in the Administration guides and rechecked in the set up end to end documents. It seems it didn’t took my entries in the web config file. Any suggestions??

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2

Running InfoView on Tomcat (Java) or IIS (.net)…?

Is it the InfoView login screen or a windows login-prompt that you are getting…?

It is JAVA and the Logon prompt is from Infoview.

Did you follow the Java Vintela Kerberos SSO config documents for the Java InfoView…?

I don’t think it is in the ADMIN Guide, it is a stand-alone document.
