Hi,
I tried to install BOXI R3.1 with default Tomcat and mysql database in Windows.
But in CCM, i’m not able to find SIA so I tried to create it manually and now i’m getting error
“Failed to stop CMS. Please stop CMS manually”
Please advice what should I do to fix this.

What is the plotform you are trying to install on?
Same thing happened to me when I have tried, only find Tomcat !!

Hello Saranya,
If you are not able to see the entry for SIA in CCM then go to the services. There you should be able to find an entry for Server Intelligence Agent(SIA). You can stop it manually from there.

You got only Client products installed, not servers, so you can’t find SIA in services. You must be using operating system like XP home or Vista home and not XP Pro or Server editions.

Issue was with firewall, after disabling the firewall, i am able to configure SIA.
