Shrinking a chart in desktop intelli after report results

Help Please. I am using a report built by someone else using macros that I cannot understand. Actually, the Macro just moves items to another page each time, but i have no clue. The macro looks simple, but; I just have no clue. :oops: However, there are some graphs (with lots of cross tabs I was told) that extends a little to the next page. I need to move the entire chart to one page. And this report needs to be saved to an adobe file.

I have not clue as to what to do. I tried to see if I could re-create the chart by hand and paste it in. nope; that did not work. I am unable to more the chart, the transfer of informatoin (yes the person left) was not complete and management would like the report. Needless to say, this weekly report contains so much information that I have asked for just the much needed data be included in the weekly report. No.

If I save the report from Desktop Intelligence to EXCEL, arrange the chart, and all of the text and all of the other pages and then save to a PDF, I guess that would work, but I am hoping for an easier solution.

Any ideas? Thank you so much for your assistance.

Without looking at MACRO, I am guessing that Macro might be repositionin ghte appearance of the chart.

To change the behavior you need to go through the macro, or try changing the chart logical name under General tab by right clicking the chart.
