Show/Hide Filter Toolbar Setting in CMC?

Good Morning, Experts…

One of our Developers created a WEBi report in our Test environment that utilizes the filter tool bar. When our testers first open the report, the filter toolbar is active and fully visible.

When that same report is exported to our Prod environment and the same testers open the report, the filter toolbar is hidden (although they can activate it selecting the Show/Hide Filter toolbar). When I open the report as an administrator, I can see the toolbar in both environments.

I’m assuming I have a setting in the CMC that is different between our two environments. Is that a correct assumption? If so, can someone point out where I can alter this setting in Prod so that it mimics Test? I’ve look but I can’t seem to find it.

This should be a Application right. Check out usersecurity via Manage/Applications/WebIntelligence, if you have different setup in your productionenvironment.
