show formula toolbar by default in webi edit mode

Hi,
I have found no question to this answer, but I am sure many users have asked a similar question.

I understand that I can toggle the formula toolbar with the “show/hide formula toolbar” button, but it is hidden by default.

Can I set the formula tool bar to be visible by default (in edit mode)?

Any hint is highly appreciated…
