Setup was unable Launch BusinessObjects 5i

Hi every one

My webi was working fine suddenly now when i open any document in webi then it shows error “Setup was unable Launch BusinessObjects 5i”
can any one explain me the problem

You’ve posted this under WebI 6.x servers – but mention “5i”.

So – are you actually using version 6.x, and it’s giving a bad error message? Or are you using version BusinessObjects 5.x / WebI 2.x? (In that case this topic should be moved to the WebI 1.x/2.x Servers sub-forum.)

Is this not related to the fact that you must enable version 5 docs in the admin tol for version 6?

Sorry my version is 5.1 my webi documents do not open it gives the error
Setup unable to Launch Business Objects5i
my server was not in domain network now i shifted it to domain
will that cause any problem
if yes then how should i solve it

did you set up the option to open documents in BusinessObjects in WEBI?
