Setting Report History to ZERO

Hi,

Does anyone know how to not save history or old instances of a run report? I have tried via CMC but the least amount of history you can have is 1. I want to set this value to ZERO. Please help!

The least value is 1. if don’t want save the instance then Enable the Cleanup Instance after Scheduling option while scheduling the report.

I couldn’t find the clean up setting. Can you point me there?

It is located in the scheduling options when creating a schedule for a report. Under the ‘Destination’ section, you should find a check box that says ‘Cleanup instance after scheduling’. :mrgreen:

disabling caching on the WebI Report does the job too. but beware, this will make every single report to refresh when the report is opened and “Refresh on Open” option is enabled.
