Setting interval on bar charts

Is there a way to set the interval or number of intervals for the Y axis on a bar chart? I see the min and max values in the properties, but nowhere to set an interval.

Unfortunately we are limited by the Min and Max in WEBI XI R2, V3 and Rich Client. There is no setting for interval that I am aware off
