Hi All,
I have a report that has different kind of filters. Report runs well with filter with more parameters values.
Report shows error with filter with less parameters values (for query which runs for approx. 40 min in DB). When we run report with such filter then reports shows below error after approx. 20 minutes.
Error In view Mode
HTTP Status 500 - Internal error
setAttribute: Session [B3CCD2F3C5DDD7EDA536421E7BB70DEF] HAS ALREADY BEEN INVALIDATED (ERROR: INF )
Error in Edit mode
An internal error occured while calling ‘submitReport’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
n internal error occurred while calling ‘getPromptList’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270).
When I run same report using Web-I rich client then it works fine with same parameter and pulls data in approx. 40 + min. I suspect something is timing out at web server level or tomcat server level.
Please let me know if anyone has faced same issue and has resolution for same.
