Dear BO experts,
do you know what right I’m missing?
In my BO 4.2, I created a new folder and I was trying to Add a Principal and set up its Access.
When I click “Apply” or “OK” I get an error “You do not have sufficient rights to make the requested security changes”
Do you know where/what has to be tuned to be able to do this?

The same happens when I try to set up the User Security in Connections.
I can enter a Principal and in “Assign Security” define it, but when I try to save…I get the "You do not have sufficient rights to make the requested security changes. "

Are you attempting to give the new principal more rights on the object than you yourself have? If so, then the problem is because you have the “Securely modify rights users have to objects” on the object, rather than “Modify rights users have to objects”.

sorry, Im not sure what shall I do 
The system was set up by somebody else, and not an expert on the CMC topics.
What I have to change is something regarding user/BO Groups or Folders?
