Whenever a user tries to access a folder they receive a note saying “session timeout”.
This even happens with the Admin user id.
Any ideas?

Curiously this only affects Infoview.
I can access the relevant reports and folders using Rich Client and from CMC.
This is a standalone install on VMWare.

were you able to resolve this one? I am getting this error myself. It looks like it is affecting my VMwork station only as other users are ok.

I installed and configured a cluster to a dev environment and worked fine.
Replicated it for Prod and getting the same issue. CMC is fine, just Infoview.
Getting Windows Internet Explorer “Session Timeout” error, and then can’t open folders.

I’m getting a similar issue in XI 3.1. Randomly users are getting time out errors after logging in and trying to navigate the folders. Have either of you found a resolution?

I’m getting the same trouble with XI 3.1
With an administrator account and an Entreprise authentification I can’t explore public folder, I have a timeout session message.
Does anyone has a solution ?
