Server reaching 100% cpu and memory utilisation

Hi,

Our BO server reaching the CPU utilisation of 100% , we see the tomcat application server taking the high utilisation of memory usage. We also see sometime the connection server and webi reporting server takes more of the resource utlisation and the system is performing poor while connect through Infoview or CMC…

What would the cause for this and how to fix the problem.?

Hi Siva

What BOE version are yoy using? We experienced some troubles with CPU reaching 100% constantly at previous versions. We are now at SP03FP5, and we no longer have this problem.
