Hi,
i have a report in which for each a/c no 3 detail records(Da,Db & Dc) can be displayed and based on the supress logic only 1 or 2 or all the 3 can displayed/supressed. untill here everything works fine.
For each record that is displayed i need to have a sequence number as well. But the seq no is being calculated for the supressed records as well.
please let me know how can i display the seq no only for those records which are displayed in the report.
(For Ex: In my report 2 a/c no’s are present and a total of 6 rows can be displayed. when no supress condition is applied my report is fine along with seq no. Now let us say row 2 ,4 and 5 are supressed based on the logic, my report is displaying the un supressed records with seq no 1,3 and 6. and what i expect is the seq no of the displayed records should be 1 ,2 and 3 )
