Sending multiple reports at the same time

Hey guys,
I am currently using Webi XI, the problem that I have run into is that I am not able to send multiple reports in an email. I can save them as PDF files and then attach to email but not directly through Webi.
Is there any way I can acomplish that?
Also, have you ever been able to send a report as a body of email vs attachment?

I am not sure if I understand your question clearly. Do you mean you want to send reports by email in WEbi?

You can schedule one report at a time, then choose send by email. I haven’t tried that yet, as we haven’t installed SMTP server on the app server yet.

yes I know that I can send one report at a time, but is there an option in Webi XI that allows me to send multiple reports at the time.
In BO 6.5 FC users are allowed to send several reports at the same time via FC.

The only way I am aware off something like that would be to create a publication, schedule that publication and make it so that it creates a package…

You can achive this in Infoview.
Select required folder or report/s -->New on top left side and select Publication from list.

Are you trying to just send, or schedule to send? If you are trying to just send, it is simply a matter of selecting multiple documents (hold down Ctrl or Shift, via the normal Windows rules), then selecting the “Send To” option.

Make sure your SMTP server can handle it, though. Mine chokes on attachments more than 10MB, so sending multiple PDFs in one email is rarely a reliable option.
