How can I send out a txt file when all publications are done ?
Everyday its a different set of publications…
I was thinking about trigger events for each publication and one publication which sends out txt file based on all those events…
But that will not work if not all publication will be published that day…
So what can I do?

If not every publication runs every day, then how do you know that they’re all done?

That’s the issue I am having, but I have some sort of solution.
I will send out a txt file to a certain map on a fileserver for every publications. Each hour I will check (batch file which is scheduled on BO) if there are files in that map. If not, nothing will happen if so I copy a file called publication_done.txt into another directory which triggers on SAP BW to run the chain
