Selecting Macros While Scheduling in XIR2

We have migrated from BO 6.5 SP4 To BOXIR2 SP4

We have large number of reports that were scheduled on BCA that used Custom macros(while Scheduling in BO6.5 we used to select Custom Macros in the Action tab)
Inside the Custom Macros we specified the Infile path,Outfile path and errorlog file path.

This option seems to be gone inXIR2 Scheduling

This is preventing us From Scheduling in XIR2.We are able to just refresh the reports in Deski but unable to select the macros option while trying to Schedule

yes, it one of the migration biggest challenge. A lot of things are gone with the new crystal scheduler and a lot of things must be redesigned in your bca jobs. A good point to start on this subject on BOB

Hey, is it possible to schedule a deski document and execute the macro in this document? How do I execute a (vb)macro on the XIR2 server??? Thanks for your help!!! Joachim Joachim74 (BOB member since 2005-09-22)
