Select ALL for the barometer dimension I.E (Date, State.....

Is there any way to select all for the barometer dimension

I pulled in an object that defines state and in display mode the dimension always defaults to Alabama. Or if i pull in a calendar year the lowest value for that data field is displayed 1901

I’d like to see data for all states or dates then allow the end user to select a value from there
