Security Viewer

I am looking for a replacement for Security Viewer for 3.1. I heard that there is something built into the CMC, but I can’t seem to find it. Someone said something about being able to export all of the rights for a user to Excel.

Could anyone help me find this option?

You can run few queries within the CMC regarding security but you still need to use the security viewer!
