I want to give rights to my users to create sub folders in their favorite folder.
i am in BOXI3.1 SP2.
I go to Personal Folders root level security then i grant full access to the Everyone group still users are not able to create sub folder . They don’t even see the option.
I think I am missing something.

Try the below and let me know:
You need to give the rights on Applications–>Infoview instead of Personal Folders.
Give the Full control or advanced rights on Infoview to the required user.
