When I assigned the security on the individual user against WEB INTELLIGENCE application - I could EDIT/REFRESH the WEBI report in PERSONAL/PUBLIC folders.
But when assigned the security on GROUP (multiple users) against the same WEBI application then returns the following error:
“Your security profile does not include permissions to edit this document
(Error: ERR_WIS_30252)”
Any help will be appreciated.

Because the advanced right for Webi Application which is "Activate the HTL interactive viewing " is denied or no specified.U must autorised this parametrer for your user group.

Hi,
I’m facing same issue.With SAP BO 4.1 Sp2. I applied all required rights to user. But While selecting values from Input Control I’m getting same error.
I created Custome Access level with Following rights.
Grants:
Interfaces - enable Rich Internet Application
Interfaces - enable web viewing interface
Reporting - create and edit report filters and consume input controls
Reporting - create and edit input controls
Reporting - enable formatting
Edit objects
Any Help on this would be appreciated.

This Issue Resolved. I missed one thing.I need to give right Web Application right to user.
CMC–>Application–>Webi --> give Custome Access Right (Which is created) to User.

My solution was to include a right to an access level:
Application > Web Intelligence > Interfaces - enable web viewing interface
