Is There a way to obtain this (?) :
user A can view report REP1 and edit encyclopedia for this report
the same user A can view another report REP2 and VIEW and NOT EDIT encyclopedia?
REP1 and REP2 is in the folder FLD where A have the permission to view.
it’s possible?

You will have to give rights based at the report level.

You can do it in CMC .
navigation path CMC Home -->Applications–> Encyclopedia
Right click and add the users/Usergroup to edit the encyclopedia for the reports.

X KURT: There isn’t a permission for encyclopedia in permission’s user…
X ARJUN: application -> Encyclopedia i give grant to edit to user A.
But the user can edit encyclopedia for only report that view…
but i want that user view report1 and report2 but edit encyclopedia for report1 and not for report2…
