I am not using any Universe, in fact I am retrieving data from a MicroSoft Excel Spreadsheet.
Here is the scenario:
I have a BO report containing two table blocks Y and Z. (Y) contains two (2) columns; the first column list each date for the year 2000. The second column may contain either a “C” or “N” indicating critical or Non-critical processing date.
The second table block (Z) contains three (3) colums; Support call, Call date and Response. Response should contain the word “Red Alert” only if the Call Date matches a date in the first table that is tagged with a “C”.
You should be able to do that using ‘Alerters’ from the ‘Format’ menu option.
