Search on Hierarchy values

hi,

I am using crystal 2008 and have a hierarchy comming from a SAP Bex Query.

There is a hierarchy from Organisation–>Department–>Group

Is there a way to provide users with a search on Dept values and group the values by it(in parameters section).
Also can we provide a parameter which can allow the user to dynamically choose from any hierarchy and group by it.

Wouls apprciate any help
