Each time I enter a search where no values are found (in BOB), I am logged off!
Something going on? This didn’t used to happen.

Nothing has changed in quite a while. You might try clearing your cookies and logging in again, also make sure that you always go to BOB with the “www” in the web address.

I have noticed this as well and I always log in through www url. I just thought it was my unreliable connections at hotels!
