SDS data integrator installation issue

Hi,
I installed the SDS XI (12.2.0) DI client . and able to login to repository as well. Everything is working fine for me except Data store and flat file.
if i try to create new data store or flat file format . nothing is coming up (no new datastore/flat file popup window).

When i tried on other machine , using my credentials i can able to create new datastore and flat file format.

What might be the issue?
Initially i thought its installation problem and reinstalled several times but i didn’t able to create datastores and flat file formats.

Please, help me.

is the designer Crashing ? or you don’t see the dataStore editor ?
if the Designer is crashing then check what is the version of vsflex7n.ocx in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

Hi,
No its not crashing. i can able to create job, WF, Df and other objects.
