That’s equivalent to and dns / not found error - you getting blocked somewhere? Can you ftp to that site from your servers at the command line?

Is the port right, anything beside the standard 21??

Can you show a screen shot of your FTP setup in the destination server here? Probably easier than asking questions - blank out any account / IPs, but leave all that you can. If not screen shot, cut and paste the actual values (again, edit numbers / accts, but leave all other details).

I’m really curious about the host part - are you using // in the name, etc.

Ok, that’s very helpful, thanks -

I thought for this destination you only use the server name, no “ftp://” - that’s why I wanted to see the picture, I was not sure if you were adding that here.

I’d try it without, and if that fails, see if you can plug in an IP address - something is stopping that resolution (and I’m sure you can’t ping FTP://fqdn…). Also, are you sure you’re hitting 80 and not 21? I’d try both, on principle.

I hope that’s all it is, good luck!

Asking cause I don’t do many FTP destinations. Is a PERIOD a valid directory name?
