Scheduling crystal report in CMC

Hi BOB,

I want to schedule a crystal report in infoview. My report is having few parameters. Ex: MemberName(multi select). At present this field is having 10 entries. I will schedule the report in infoview by selecting these 10 members. But In future new members will be added to the field. At that time how scheduling works? will it automatically load the new values in the parameter?
If not how we can populate the refreshed lov’s (new values also) in the parameter?
Please suggest.

In your report you make the parameter ‘dynamic’ so new entries update automatically.

When you publish a Crystal Report with dynamic parameters to BO, it automatically sets up the dynamic params in the “repository”. You’ll have to run the Business View Manager to update the database login and to schedule the list of values to run in order for dynamic params to work in BO.
