Hello All,
We have 5 monthly scheduled reports that have failed with an error .
I am giving the screen shot for the error.We are using Webi Xir2 version 11.5.10.1263 with oracle as Data base.Can some body please help me get the solution for this issue.

Are you able to refresh these reports in the same account used to schedule the reports?

I am not able to refresh the report even to run once.

Error #30650 is due to the Web Intelligence server is unable to complete the current task, because of lack of resources or access problems.
It is usually an issue with the security given to your profile. Try to log on as an Administrator and schedule the report.
Also, try to open the report and refresh it from there…

our Administrator also tried and there was no success either.Any other options or do we need to do any setting chnages?

did you try to open the report in infoview and then refresh the report?

It could be either a corrupt cache or incompatible WEBI report format issue.
