I am rescheduling a report (CMC - instance manager) and all I need to do is change a prompt value. I do this and submit but when I go back in to check, the value has re-appeared. Is this a known issue?
Obviously I can reset the whole thing from scratch and create a new schedule but would rather not.

Probably a bug. You are running a very old patch level of BI4.

Ok, thanks. Strangely enough double clicking on the schedule shows the amended (correct) prompt values. It’s only when I go in to ‘reschedule’ that the old ones appear. May even have something to do with the values being set as default in the report itself. I’ll take a look.

Yes I had this issue before with BO 4.0 SP4. It has been fixed in a more recent patch but I can’t find the SAP Note related to it.
Do a search on the SAP BO website it shoud be easy to find.
