scheduled report failed.

Hello All,

I have scheduled one report. We have three instance. Each instances have different list of values selected. It has set to run 1st Monday of the month at 7 AM.

Two reports got failed, and one got successes. Each report has different list of value selected in the prompts…

Can you please let me know what I need to fix these?

First step would be checking to see what the error message is.

Here is the Error message:

So it looks like there was a problem sending the message. I would check to ensure that the email addresses are valid; apart from that, you might need to check the logs on the mail server to find the actual problem.

Also check to see the potential size of the generated file - could the failed instance fail because you have a limit on how big emails can be?

Email address is good. We have three region- US, Europe and Brazil…

In the prompts I have selected US and Europe, its failing and Brazil is working fine.

The size of the generated file(Excel) is 66.2MB.

That’s most likely the culprit. If you really need to send emails that huge, talk to the admin of the mail server to check on the size limit and have it increased if needed.
