I have a story that shows quotes that have been created in the last hour. The end goal is to let the sales people know if any quotes have been created in the last hour.
I have created a schedule publication in burst mode so that the sales people only see the quotes that belong to them and this is working as expected. The problem I have is that it sends the email even when there there are no quotes so the user just gets a blank report.
Ideally I only want the email to send if there is active data, otherwise a user could potentially get a blank report emailed to them every hour.
Does anybody know of a way to handle this?
