Often we get reports that have failed with the error message “30270: An internal error occured while calling the 'processDPCommands’API. (Error: WIS 30270) BOException caulgthRESULT=80004005;WHAT=RefreshBatchFailed”
In many cases, BO seems to think the query contains a prompt when there isn’t one (i.e. when scheduling, the option to modify prompts is available - although if we do try to use this, a variant of the above message appears). In some cases, there was a prompt but had been removed; in others there was never a prompt in the first place.
Any ideas about cause & remedy? We use XIR2 SP4.5.
