Schedule to a group

Hi, Is it possible to schedule reports to a group?

My group has 25 users and I tried to schedule the report to thier emails by specifying the group mail id instead of individual mail id’s. But they didnot receive any reports. Is there a way to schedule reports to a group?

Yes but not to BOXI group, it has to be LDAP group (provided you have LDAP authentication in the system)

What’s your version?

If you use publication you can schedule to a BOXI group which will pick up the mail ids of the users in that group.

I am talking about Outlook group.
We are using BOXIR2.

Have you tried mailing to a known user and ccing to the mail address of the outlook group?

yes I tried it, the report was sent to the user but not to the group!
