I am using BOE XI R2, in my web intelligence report, i have many data based many customer code, let says 10 cust code.
Is there any way to schedule this report to email the report into 10 excel file (each excel has only one customer code)?
Would be appreciated for any reply.

Hi,
Have a look on the SAP site for the BOXI R2 administrators guide, specifically the instructions on setting up multi-pass report bursting.
Do your 10 recipients have accounts on the BOXI server?
If so you’ll need to setup a profile on the server through CMC and configure it to use whatever field displays your “customer code” as a target and assign the 10 code values against the 10 respective BOXI accounts and then create and schedule a publication which will run the report and send the relevant parts out to the intended customers.
If your recipients are external users, i.e. they don’t have BOXI accounts, you’ll need to use a dynamic recipients list which is a bit more complex.
The admin guide should give you all the detail you need for this though.

But i want my report to be spread into 10 excel file with diffrent cust code. And then these 10 excel file will email to the same user. Is it possible?
So it means that i can setup 10 profile, each profile 1 cust code and each assign to the same user?
I choose the userid from BOE as my target. When i schedule it and sending email…will the system know that this email is match with that userid? Or this only can work if the publishing is using Inbox as destination?

To be honest I’m not sure how whether that would work with report bursting, as I’ve never tried using it in that way and also it would probably be an additional layer of complexity for little gain.
You’re probably better off in this case to have a prompt in the report for customer ID and setup 10 schedules with the prompts set to the 10 customer IDs and set the single user as the recipient of each.
