Hi,
We received below schedule failure error:
Error:
while trying to invoke method java.io.inputstream.close of null object loaded from local variable ‘ris’
Can someone suggest what could be the cause of this error

Do you have any optional prompts in the report?

I made optional prompts to mandatory , schedule report to my inbox and it was successful run
Do you think optional prompt was causing this issue?

It seems a reasonable assumption Now put them back and run it again…

I am afraid not. I can’t see any harm in a quick test :?

I made prompts mandatory to optional , scheduled report again in my inbox and received success alert, what should be the next step?
To add: I have done above testing on copy of report

I would do the same to the real report and assuming you get the same result change it back to having optional prompts and recreate your regular schedule.

Can you help guiding me with steps on recreation?
I am feeling bit scared to stop existing schedule which is daily destined to 6 users as an email in excel format
