What are the steps to save a report in WebIntelligence 2.5.x as HTML and attaching it to an email for distribution to other users?

There have been a couple of messages sent to this list recently that describe how you can save a report as HTML in WebI. It involves viewing the document source in your browser, since there is no feature built into WebI to do it. Once you’re viewing the HTML source in Notepad (or whatever your preferred text editor happens to be), you can save it locally to a file and attach the file to an email.
