Has anyone used SAP Web Dispatcher as Loadbalancer for BO on Tomcat?
Any known issues or tips?

Were you able to successfully use SAP Web Dispatcher with BO XI 3.1? I’m doing a similar install.

Hye ,

I’m getting an error "An error has occurred: A timeout error has occurred ’ while navigating Public folders through SAP web dispatcher . Were you guys able to do it ? PLease let me know your status . Thanks

Hi,
I had the same problem using IIS 7.5 and the solution was to lower the parameter maximum worker processes to 1. Had something to do with more than 1 worker process breaking the ASP.NET ‘session state’.

Where can i find "maximum worker processes "property in TOMCAT ? I mean does tomcat have similar property . If yes , what and where . Thanks .

sorry, I’ve got no exprecience with using ‘SAP Web Dispatcher’ so can’t help you there, but since it had something to do with breaking the ‘session state’ I would look in that direction.

Did you achieve using SAP web dispatcher as loadbalancer for BO on Tomcat?

We need to install a high-availability solution for BO, so we thought of using SAP web dispatcher in order to balance load between the two CMS in a cluster.

Do you know where could we get some documentation about it?
