Xcelsius and Dashboards have long been dead since the death of Adobe Flash but may still be lurking in your repository. You might want to check out SAP Note 2914654, which has a downloadable script to delete deprecated content from BI platform repository after update to BI 4.3.x or BI 4.2 SP09 and above. The script will also clean up any outstanding Desktop Intelligence and Explorer content. Note that the script will remove SAP content types but not SWF files, which will require manual deletion.
