I’me getting an error message that directs me to a SAP Knowledgebase article 2054721.

Unfortunately I don’t have access, and I’m guessing it’s a closed group only.

Any chance someone can tell me what the article says?

You need to have a support account with SAP to access the KBs. Maybe someone else in your company has access?

I will tell you it’s a completely generic, “catch all” KB that provides zero useful information to troubleshoot a problem.
