SAP Integration and Edge Series

Hello,

the customer’s bought recently the BO EDGE Series including the BODI. It is said, the “SAP Integration Kit” is included in this package.

Now I am not sure whether this includes any kind of interface between SAP and BODI in order to create direct access to SAP data as described in the the SAP Supplement guide.

Does anybody know? I presume it is not included…

Almost two years later and again my topic with a question: :?

My new customer bought a Edge Series with Integration. The now coming project requires Data from SAP ERP as well for a small DWH.

Ad far as I can tell, there is a normal Edge Series available and a Edge Series with Integration (i.e. Data Integrator).

Now I still don’t know, if this includes the SAP Integration kit, which obviously includes the SAP Supplement for the DI. So there are three versions of edge:

SAP BusinessObjects Edge for non-SAP systems
SAP BusinessObjects Edge with data integration for non-SAP systems
SAP BusinessObjects Edge with data management for non-SAP systems

I cannot finde the Edge Series for SAP systems. So is this generally included?
