Does anyone know if a Sap Data Services Repository 4.3 can be added and works with an Azure MSSQL DB? Have tried to look for the latest PAM but cannot find it online.

I believe it is supported. If you look in the PAM at the bottom of page 15 you’ll see “(4) For Microsoft ODBC Driver version compatibility with MS SQL Server/MS SQL Server Express version, see vendor information.”.
Clicking on that “vendor information” link shows what version of SQL Server the ODBC driver supports.
