Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I am not using text and the datatype for my coulm is number, My requirement is if the value equal to 0 than show the cell as grey shaded and the rest with no color.

In the Alerts Values :
By Value : I am binding the cell with formula if (B1<=0, 30,70)

Alerts Thersholds :

Minimum to 30 is grey color binded
30 to 70 is white color binded

Enalbe auto color is unchecked.

Hope this helps and Thanks again for your response

Thank you!

Hello Sangeetha,

Go to the “alerts” section of the scorecard.
Check the box to enable the alerts for which ever columns you need.

Specify the minimum and maximum values and give the color you need.
In the “Alert Thresholds” section you will find 2 types of alerts.

The left side alert places an arrow or a traffic light or any other symbol in the column, and the right side alert changes the color of the cell.

For your req, you need to change the alerts on the right side so that you can change the color of the cell.

Hello Stag,

Thanks much for your response, as you said I was making the left alerts as No Icon but the From checkbox was on so it occupied the space

Alerts Threshold : When I take out the From checkbox I could able to see the alignment as expected.

Your help is much appreciated :). Thanks again

Hi Stag,

Thanks for your response.I am trying to built in a Gnatt chart in Dashboard 4.0 since we don’t have any inbuilt Gnatt chart available in dashboards version.

I am trying to bring in through stacked bar chart and try to make the first series invisible by changing the colour to white but not able to get it fully done the bar is shown in white color.

I try to change the transperancy and it is getting for all the series not for a single series :frowning:

Please let me know your thoughts on this

Thank you!

Hi Sangeetha,

Did you try using a waterfall chart.?
I know that the waterfall chart gives you a set of vertical bars, but this is the closest direct way to achieve your requirement.

Hi,

Can anyone help me on the following items :
Waterfall Chart :

I tried to use the Waterfall chart but we can add only one series in waterfall chart. In my requirement I need to plot two series of data.

Also when I try to add a manual axis for date it is not taking properly.

Line Chart : It allows as to plot two series but Is it possible to have custom shapes as we have in excel? so that we can try to plot it as _____ instead of circle or other shapes

Thank you!
Sangeetha
