Hi,
SAP Crystal Reports 2016 SP3 fails to launch with following error even though it was installed properly on Windows 7.
“The procedure entry point explode could not be located in the dynamic link library cslibu-3.0.dll”.

When you ran the install process. Did you install do a “Run as administrator”. SAP products sometimes can be strange. Even though you are an administrator, it still messes up because you did not do a “Run as administrator”.

It did not work even after running as admin.

I do not have any other suggestions. Not sure what is going wrong unless the installation files are corrupt for some reason.

The latest version was downloaded from SAP market place two times and it does give same error.

I do not know. In all the years and numerous times I have installed CR, I have not seen this issue.

In the past this behaviour has been observed when you have other BO products on the machine.
