Recently my bods job have been running slowly, from 1-2 hours to 12 hours. No change in table configuration has been changed. Data source is OLFM and target is HANA.

Few points to address here.
- does your target table is stage table. if so it is truncate and load?
- is your source data increasing everyday. is so, did you kept the CDC mechanism to pull the data.
3)did you kept your target and source fetch size and row per commit to 5000.
4)is there any joins you are using in your job. if so, did you put the join ranks on the tables while joining.
5)while running your job is there any other multiple jobs running on the same server. might be sometimes due multiple jobs running on server same time will cause the performance issue.
